Day 5 - Seligman to Kingman
At dawn cars began to line up for the journey to Kingman on Saturday Morning. Mike waited for the line to get to our hotel, before he joined in.
It was awesome to see people along the road to cheer us on.
There is a drone on the right of the tree.
Mike said if he were to every own a ford, it would be a crown vic.
This picture does not do the paint job justice. It was the color of root beer. My favorite.
By 10:00 there were cars as far as the eye could see to the west....
and to the east....
We convoyed out of town and stopped at several towns along the way. Canyon Caverns, Peach Springs, Truxton, Valentine, Hackberry, and Valle Vista. Some of the towns had bands playing and food vendors. The wind was gusting up to 55 miles per hour.

Tommy's son Lee drove the truck and trailer, they Tommy's 36, us and the Doobovsky's Jeep
We checked into our hotel and then went downtown Kingman for the "Show and Shine" where all the cars lined up on old Route 66. Keep in mind that Mike took over 300 pictures. I will add just a few.

Does this picture make me look smaller???
We met Bob and Sherran at a steak house. Ate, then went home to crash!
Another end to a full day of fun.....
